Manhattan Beach Family Home - 3 Bed 3 Bath

This house is our primary home. It is a 3-story single family home.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, detached bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King bed with en suite bath with large soaking bath tub and walk in shower. Bedroom 3: Lofted twin bed and a sofa bed (queen).
Living Room: The 3rd floor is a living room/gourmet kitchen and features ocean views and a balcony with outdoor seating/table and a grill. The living room couch is a Lovesac couch that can convert into a queen sized bed. There is also an additional air mattress available if requested. There is a fee of $50/night for each guest over 6.
