Full bathroom with standing shower, toiletries, towels, and full-length mirror

Fully equipped kitchenette: full-size refrigerator, stove with air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, snacks, tea, and filtered water

House Rules – NoHo Villa California

1. Smoking
We kindly ask that you do not smoke tobacco or cannabis inside the unit.
You’re welcome to smoke outside in the backyard, rooftop, or front area.
A cleaning fee of $400 may apply if indoor smoking occurs.

2. Parking
You’ll have access to two assigned parking spaces just outside the property for your convenience.

3. Parties & Gatherings
No parties or events unless you’ve received written permission through Airbnb.
Unapproved gatherings may result in a $1,000 penalty and loss of deposit.
We also ask guests to avoid loud music, fireworks, or any weapons on the property.

4. Guests & Pets
Only registered guests are allowed during your stay.
Additional guests or pet without prior notice will incur a $200 per person penalty.

We love animals, but we don't allow any pet for healthy other guests who may have allergic

5. Respecting the Space
We ask all guests to treat the home with care. If any house rules are broken, it may result in an early checkout, deposit loss, and coverage for any damages or extra cleaning.

6. Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with five exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private indoor spaces.
The cameras are located as follows:
Front Entrance Camera: Monitors the front door, front walkway, driveway, and parking area.
Backyard Entrance Camera: Monitors the backyard entrance gate.
Backyard Camera: Monitors the general backyard area.
Rooftop Camera: Monitors the rooftop deck and surrounding backyard area.
Rear Exterior Camera: Monitors the backyard and outdoor jacuzzi area.
These cameras are used solely for security, guest safety, and property protection. They record exterior areas only and do not monitor any indoor living spaces or private areas.

7. Safety First
Please remember to turn off the stove and unplug devices like hair tools when leaving the house.
In the rare event that negligence causes damage or a fire, guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs.
