Host Dan was easy to get ahold of. The keypad stopped working while we were there- he had to drop off extra keys. The tv and washer/dryer didn’t work in the additional living space. Biggest complaint of all— NO working FRIDGE in the main house- we had ten people staying. Using the guest house fridge was a huge inconvenience. So far they haven’t refunded us any money for no working fridge.Also, no coffee pot- the keurig coffee was horrid. Paid over Stripe to check in early and heat the pool.

Our experience with this rental was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. When we arrived at the property, we unloaded all of our belongings and started settling in. Shortly after, we were informed that the home had been double booked with another party. Instead of working with us to resolve the situation, the host told us that we needed to leave immediately and even threatened to call the police if we didn’t vacate the property.At this point we had already brought everything inside, so we were forced to pack everything back up and reload our truck, which was stressful and completely unnecessary given that the mistake was not ours. We had food prepared for 10 people that needed refrigeration, and because of the situation a lot of it ended up going bad while we were trying to figure out what to do next.Several people in our group had traveled from out of state, and we suddenly had to scramble to find last-minute accommodations for everyone. The most upsetting part was the host’s attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for the inconvenience and stress this caused our group. Instead of helping resolve the problem, we were essentially left on our own and threatened with police involvement.This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a vacation rental. A situation like double booking is already bad enough, but the complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the host made it much worse. I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere

This home is a vacation all of its own. It's gorgeous, spacious, and hidden away in a prime area of Los Angeles. My stay was amazing thanks to the hosts! They are responsive and friendly. I'd certainly stay here again... as should you! :)

Overall the property itself is nice and in a good location, but our stay had a few issues that made the experience less smooth than expected. When we arrived, one of the bedrooms was unavailable due to a leak and had been cordoned off. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but we weren't notified until an hour before checki-n. The refrigerator in the main kitchen was also not working during our stay. In addition, the house appeared to have been cleaned somewhat hastily prior to our arrival, and some areas didn’t feel fully prepared - glitter over the floor, dirty sheets, etc. When we raised these issues with Sean, he responded promptly and said a cleaning crew would be sent right away, which we appreciated. However, no one ended up coming. After we followed up, we were offered a partial refund of the cleaning fee, which we didn't accept. The host was responsive, but the lack of follow-through on resolving the issues during the stay was disappointing. With better maintenance and coordination, the property could offer a much better experience.

This was an amazing place to stay! It had everything that we needed. It was very close to Universal, which was nice, and the street outside is not terribly busy. Three points, however, one, they do offer extra services at a price, pool heating, private chef, private massage, hair/makeup, etc. However, when I would inquire about such things, it took forever for a response and I never got what I wanted. Which was fine, I merely thought a massage would be nice before the long flight home. Two, the beds were not that comfortable. For the price of this place, all the beds were creaky and hard. There was one bed (the yellow room) where the bed was sorta comfortable, but it just did not flow. You sunk in one area and then your feet were raised, just not comfortable. Three: the backyard photo must have been when it was first put in. The pool was kinda dirty, the chairs were dirty, there was no net in the pool, all the extra things to use (pool floaty, water toys, ect) were all broken. Not a big deal, but if you have kids, I would not recommend. The other thing is that the door keypad did not work for a period of time, so we were locked out of the house. We had someone inside to let us in, but we couldn't all leave the house since something was wrong with it. And in the middle of the night, the refrigerator kept beeping, so I had to keep resetting the alarm. This is all being very picky, but just things that we had experienced!

The property is really nice and updated. The Property manager was very welcoming and communicative. The cleaning staff, Veronica and her crew were so nice and had the place immaculately clean. Location to Universal Studios cannot be beat! Will stay here again for sure.

Perfect Party House! We hosted my son's engagement party at the house. We are from out of town and having the opportunity to stay at the house and have the party there was wonderful. The house is clean and has a huge kitchen island. The backyard was perfect with seating at a picnic table and by the pool. We paid to heat the pool and that was very worth it. We all jumped in and had a late night swim after the formalities were over.

first of all, they had rats inside of the storage room where the flower wall is. One of the “helpers” barged into the house keep in mind it’s 10 girls changing. He walked into all the rooms without knocking and he was very rude. He kept saying how loud we were when we were literally just going in and out of the backyard. he told me nobody is allowed in the backyard but there’s a pool and entertainment out there. i paid over 3k just have a party here and this is how i got treated. do not list your property as a party house if you don’t want small gatherings at your house. Totally unacceptable and i will be reporting to vrbo and getting my money back.
