Luxurious Vacation Villa with Lap Pool

Welcome to this luxurious and relaxing Villa.
With modern finishes throughout the house,
a great outdoor area, including a large outdoor kitchen, full-size swimming lap pool, fireplace, and a guest house.

VILLA

Inside the Villa, you will find high ceilings and modern white marble floors—a full chef’s kitchen with a large dining room area. Our main home has four bedrooms (on the second floor) and four baths, with fully renovated and modern touches.

The first floor has an office, living room with a smart TV, kitchen, dining room, restroom, and laundry room. All bathrooms are fully equipped with essential toiletry items you may need during your stay (hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) The house has natural lighting as well as bright lights all around.

The second floor is where you will find the Master bedroom and other sleeping rooms and bathrooms.

GUEST HOUSE

Additionally, we have a two-story guest house that has three queen beds, two full baths, and two kitchenettes for extra guests. *Please note that the guest house is only furnished with beds and does not have blinds in the rooms.* When booking the Villa, both the main house and the guest house will be included in your stay.

OUTDOORS

The outdoor area offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area ready to use for a poolside barbecue. The outdoor lounging area has chairs, couches, lounge chairs, fireplace, a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the LA weather. With a large swimming lap pool that offers the opportunity to do laps and/or enjoy the dipping pool. You may also find a basketball hoop in the driveway to pick up a game with your friends and family.

PARKING

The front driveway can easily fit up to 5-6 cars. The Villa also offers a back entrance from the alley to a garage that can hold two more cars if needed. We only allow a maximum of six cars on the premises during your stay.

PETS

If you would like to bring your furry animal, let us know, even if it’s a service animal. We have house rules that must be discussed before we approve your request. At this time, we will only be able to accommodate one pet.

Note: Pool guy comes on Fridays and the Gardner comes on Tuesdays.

*Also, the hot tub is currently out of order temporarily due to heating issues. The hot tub, therefore, is NOT advertised at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.*
