    Every bedroom is fitted with premium linens, and each bathroom features modern walk-in shower fixtures for a hotel-quality experience. The chef's kitchen — with stainless steel appliances, large island, blender, and baking essentials — is built for cooking for a crowd.



    Gather around the indoor fireplace on cool evenings, challenge the group to ping pong, or move the party outside to the expansive patio for alfresco dining with valley views stretching for miles.



    A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make extended stays and remote work effortless. Central AC, in-unit laundry, and all starter essentials ensure total self-sufficiency throughout your stay.

    Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks' main dining and shopping strip, is just minutes away and lined with acclaimed restaurants, wine bars, cafes, and boutiques. Local favorites include Ramen Gaijin, Katsu-ya, and a thriving Sunday farmers market scene.



    Studio City and its celebrated restaurant row on Ventura Blvd is under 10 minutes away. Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk are 15 minutes south. The historic Hollywood Bowl and Griffith Park are easily accessible via the 101.



    For outdoor enthusiasts, Fryman Canyon Park offers scenic hiking trails with stunning valley and city views just minutes from the front door. Mulholland Drive — one of LA's most iconic scenic roads — runs along the ridge above the neighborhood, offering legendary views of both the Valley and the LA basin.



    With quick 101/405 freeway access, the entire city of Los Angeles is within easy reach.

    There is onsite parking available in the driveway and parking on the street.

    Garage car access is not permitted.

    FAMILY & PETS:

    We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.



    EXTRA GUESTS:

    Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.





    VENDORS:

    Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.



    PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!

    We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



    RESPECT:

    There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the canyon solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...



    CHERISH:

    Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



    CLEANING:

    Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



    PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

    If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



    WILDLIFE:

    You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.



    FIRE ZONE:

    Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone

    (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.



    NO SMOKING:

    No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



    BACKYARD FENCING:

    While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.



    PARKING:

    There is onsite parking in the driveway. Please make sure to pull all the way forward in the driveway.

    Note: Street parking is allowed in front of the house and there is no permit required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We're a professional hosting team available 24/7 to make your stay exceptional. We communicate primarily through the platform and typically respond within minutes. We respect your privacy and give you full space to enjoy the property — we're here if you need us, and out of your way when you don't.

Tremendous experience with this property. It was beautiful, spacious, and the hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The furnishings were lovely, and it was extremely comfortable. We especially loved the special TV room. It was a cozy way in our day, could fling and bingeing our favorite shows. Amazing bathtubs in the main and second upstairs bathrooms, as well!! We also loved that it had a true gourmet kitchen, and all the bedding and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely rent here again.
