Full kitchen w/ microwave, dishwasher, oven, double door LG refrigerator, breakfast area, formal dining room, washer/dryer room, central air/heat & complimentary Wi-Fi connection. The house has parking with automatic garage door opener and nice yard with patio sets. white leather dining set & new white leather sectional sofa

    It's centrally located a block to Sunset Blvd and 2 blocks to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, TCL Chinese Theater, Jim Henson Studio, Madame Tussaunds, West Hollywood Gateway and other tourist attractions. The house is a nice location and it''s a short drive to Burbank, Universal Studio & Hollywood Sign. It's close to Beverly Hills, Beverly Center, The Grove, Griffith Observatory, LA & Getty Museum, Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Bowl, Farmer's Market, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu & Venice Beach.

    Grocery, restaurants, fast food places, shops, bank, fitness gym & coffee shop are just around the corner. You will love the house & location!! LOCATION! LOCATION!
    ** 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM. Credit cards accepted (Mastercard, VISA, American Express & Discover).

Great Place

The home is just like the pictures. Frank is very nice and easy to deal with. Loved the gated driveway and the shrubs that line the fence. Makes you feel like you are in your own little oasis. Walked to restaurants and location makes it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay again if I visit Hollywood again.

Lovely home

Location is one mile from beautiful hiking/walking/running in Runyon Canyon. Communication with property management was easy and helpful. Home was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our time at this property! The beds were comfy and there were lots of special touches that made our stay nice. The property itself was beautiful. The neighborhood was a little sketchier than we expected, but as another reviewer pointed out, that is to be expected for as big a city as LA. We still felt comfortable walking to nearby attractions, restaurants and Ralph's grocery store. We didn't rent a car while we were in LA. Taking a Lyft everywhere was really easy and, given that we would have had to pay to park at many of our destinations, I think rideshare might have been cheaper than having our own car. Thanks for the great hospitality, Frank!

Hollywood Bucket list trip!

We rented this property on VRBO and we were more than satisfied with our decision. It is in an ideal location, the place was just as it appeared in the listing add and very clean when we arrived. Frank, the owner, was very accommodating in every aspect. He met us there upon our arrival and went over a few highlights and gave us keys and the remote. We spent 7 days and the place was a big plus for the entire trip! Overall we would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in seeing the LA area.

This is a fantastic place to stay during your trip to LA! The location was amazing! Right around the corner from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! House had everything we needed and Frank was fantastic to work with!

Great location, nice house

Great location, walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese theater, access to hollywood tours, and walking distance to Runyon Canyon Park. House was well equipped. 2 nice bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, great for our 4 guests. Nice parking in driveway protected by gate that operates via automatic door opener. House is also protected by outside gate and locked gated door. Frank was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Even though we felt very secure, the area/neighborhood around the house such as the streets, were somewhat dirty with increased amount of the homeless population in the tourist areas of hollywood. Several older style motor homes were parked on the local streets along with old mattresses and garbage scattered about. These issues are worth noting but not uncommon in all big cities.This would not deter us from renting the house again due to fact that the location was prime and never really had any big security issues. Also, the two full beds in the one bedroom are in need of replacement in the near future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in LA. Frank lives next store and is available if you encounter any issues.

Great location

Clean, comfy king size bed, lovely dining and living room sets. Close to Sprouts, Ralphs supermarkets, stores, fast food places and restaurants. I highly recommend this place has a nice yard and parking surround wirh ficus trees for privacy.

Fantastic location! Convenient to everything!

This house is centrally located within a 10-15 minute drive to every major tourist spot! It is very clean and well stocked with everything you could need! Frank is a fantastic host and answered every question or need immediately! The beds are very comfortable and the house is clean and nicely decorated. Great place!!

Comfortable and convenient location

I’ve enjoyed our stay at Frank’s rental. Frank is great in communicating with me leading up to our arrival and he met us personally. The home is spacious with very comfortable main bedroom, living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. We were centrally located for visiting Universal Studios and easy access to Santa Monica and othe LA sights. I’d rent agin when visiting LA.

Very Clean. Great Location. Really Comfortable Beds. Owner-Accessible a PLUS!

Let me just say, I like to stay in nice hotels and take where I stay on vacation very seriously. With that said, I was traveling with my 15-year-old daughter, and I didn't want to spend the money for two luxury rooms... so I researched the VRBO idea in order to give us a little more bang for our buck. We chose Frank's VRBO, based on the eye appeal and positive reviews, for a long weekend (just got home today). We were in town visiting my best friend who lives in North Hollywood. The place was great. Very clean, fresh towels, stocked kitchen, private parking, etc. Frank was there when I got there (I believe he lives next door), so settling-in was very easy. My daughter and I immediately both felt right at home. My only criticism is that when I first walked in to the house, it had a very strong air-freshener smell, which put me off initially. Ultimately, I got used to it, but it took about a day. Other than that, the place was GREAT, and I would happily stay there again! Thanks so much, Frank!

We had a fabulous time on our trip to CA. This house had everything we needed and more. What made our trip even more enjoyable was Frank's responsiveness and availability. He accommodated our late arrival and every text or call was answered immediately. Would stay again!

Great Location. Nice House

We stayed here for 4 nights. The property is spacious and airy and comfortable for upto 6 people. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minute walk from Hollywood Blvd / Walk of Fame/ Chinese Theatre etc so if you want to be close to these sites it's perfect. From the property we were easily able to get to universal /warner bros studio & Hollywood sign by car with 20-30 mins. Frank was very helpful on arrival and was patient with us being late to check in from the agreed time. He lives next door but we didn't have to contact him for anything after check in. The private parking for one car which is also really plus.

Perfect Location! Many extras to make you feel like it's home.

Location is great, walking distance to the grocery store, In-N-Out Burger and other restaurants. About 15 minute walk to Hollywood Walk of Fame. 15 Minute drive to Universal Studios. We also drove to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Malibu in a short time. The House is nice and the outside is nicely landscaped. There's a locked gate to get in to park your car. We arrived late and Frank arranged for us to use the lock box and we grabbed the gate opener off of the coffee table. We did not cook but it has everything you need. Washer and dryer were a bonus to have. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra linens, towels and beach towels. Extras we didn't use but I thought could be useful to others, air mattress, pack n play, bed rail for toddlers, DVD player, DVD's and CD's. We did use a sound machine that was a great surprise because my kids like to sleep with one but we didn't pack it. Pamphlets and travel books for the area were helpful. Frank was very responsive before and during our visit. It was a great experience staying here.

Perfect for our LALA Land girl's trip!

If you want to be close to all the fun tourist things to do in Hollywood/LA, this is the house. We had a mother-daughter girls trip planned for my good friend and our teens and this house was perfect for us! It is hidden behind 10 ft hedges and an electric gate so no one can even see you're there. We walked to the Hollywood walk of fame, Universal Theme park was a 10 minute drive, Sprouts, & shops @ Grove Farmers market were all super close to drive. The A/C was cold, the showers hot and the beds comfortable! This house had all the little extras that kept us from running back and forth to the store, too. Frank was a great property manager and responded quickly to all our questions. I would 100% stay here again!

Convenient and Comfortable

Wonderful property to stay in for our short trip to Hollywood to attend a conference that was held at the Dolby Theater. The home was clean and comfortable and I am a very picky person. Frank was attentive and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property.

Central to Hollywood, comfortable, and clean

The manager was very responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and central air worked well. Though the location is near the main attractions in Hollywood it is also private and quiet. Honestly can not think of a negative thing to say about the home. We will look for this property again for our next stay in the area.

Great place, great location

Stayed here for a week in March with my wife and 2 year old son, it was a fantastic place to stay! Clean, cozy, sunny, with EVERY item you can think of looked after (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, all cutlery and utensils and cooking items, toilet paper, paper towel, etc etc etc). Nice little private yard with table, chairs, and BBQ; private gated off-street parking. East facing living room window let lots of morning sun in. Location was safe, and perfectly located within quick walking distance of Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd and the stars (Chinese Theatre, etc), even to the base of Runyon Canyon park for hiking. Frank is very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend this rental.
