Muito ruim o atendimento
Acomodações bem bonitas por fora, mas por dentro nao tinha nada alem da cama e da tv. Deixou muito a desejar nos móveis (cadeiras, guarda roupa, cruzetas, itens do banheiro, placas de nao perturbe) . Outro ponto ruim: o dono do estabelecimento nao sabia informar nada direito, se tinha maquina de gelo ou nao, maquina de agua, etc. nao fazia muita questão de atender ao cliente.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in we felt an eerie feeling. The people working the front desk didn’t speak English very well so it was difficult to check in. When we got to our room, I was shocked because it looked nothing like the pictures. The bed looked (and was) dirty, the pillows and sheets had stains, the floors were scratched, tile broken in the bathroom, and the room had a strong chemical smell. It was so terrible that I ran to target and bought new sheets, pillow covers and blankets. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!

We didnt like the pillows, sheets or plastic mattress pad. The sheets didnt fit the bed and slipped off all night. We were still awake at 3am when the train came blasting through The soap was horrible and shattered into a million pieces when it hit the tub bottom.

Dirty sheets, might even have bed bugs we laid down and our entire skin started to itch. They switched our room and the sheets were stained again!

I stay at this hotel alot but this time the room was dirty food on the side of the couch and a fork and trash under the couch. The TV was not working had to ask for them to help to turn it on.

The room is remodeled, and very nice! I would have given a 10 if the room smells a little bit better! I asked for non-smoking and the room smelled like smoking! When I asked to be changed to another room, they were not happy and make me go downstairs again.

Room A/C was off when we arrived and it was hot and humid. Microwave was available in the connivence room, so you had to go out to use it. Our room key didn’t work the second night we returned so we had to go get it activated again.

Pros: relatively quiet, didn't hear people unless they walked past my door. Close to freeway Staff is nice Housekeeping does a good job with what they've got. The pictures were nothing like actual property . Cabinets were missing handles . Mold on the broken shower tiles . Staff was really going through the motions . We asked for more pillows as they only gave us 2 flat ones per room and towels . Took them a day for the pillows and we never got the extra towels . We felt like the pictures of the rooms were of 1 renovated room the rest looked nothing like it .
