We stayed there for four nights from Dec. 22 to 26. They cleaned my room only once on 23rd, and didn't clean the rest of the days. I asked why they didn't clean the room, and the female staff from reception, she worked at night time on Christmas day, said they don't have enough workers. I asked what they could do for me, but she said there's nothing they could offer for me because I am not a Hilton honor member, and I booked through Expedia. It doesn't make sense to me. When I booked with Hilton Garden Inn, I expected at least one proper cleaning service everyday.
I need new towels and coffees and cups everyday while staying in hotels or any other accommodations. Most of all, the female receptionist's attitude was very unkind, not friendly and being rude. It was Christmas day. We spent very nice time outside, but as soon as we got back to our room in Hilton Garden Inn, we couldn't believe it. They didn't clean the room on 24th, but I waited for the next day. It was a Christmas family trip to LA from Canada. I DO NOT recommend this Hilton Garden Inn LAX airport. There are few more things to mention about this place. They charge $3 per bottled water to regular customers. If you are not a Hilton honor member, buy your own water. It's very slippery inside the bathtub. You need to be very careful when you take a shower. They charge you USD $55+tax for a parking spot every day. They charged me on my credit cards so many times with different amount of money, so I have to calculate a
