Very comfortable and well appointed

We really enjoyed staying in Denverā€™s place for 2 weeks. Walking distance to long beach. It was very clean and beds are super comfy. Very well appointed, the host has provided for any supplies you might need for kitchen/dining, bathroom, laundry, and beach. Very convenient to have the parking garage as street parking is busy. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place!

This was a fantastic experience with a great little place very close to the beach. It is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever rented - and with quality, comfortable items that aren't just the necessities but make the vacation great! The owner was there cleaning when we got there a bit early and was super friendly. However, the instructions for check in and some details like the wifi password were incorrect in the app. They did leave a paper with the info. Also, i had inquired about early arrival and late checkout policies but never recieved a response. Neither of these things caused any issues for us though and this is such a good place, I would absolutely recommend staying here! If I'm back in Long Beach, I'll definitely stay here.

An oasis in Long Beach

This is truly a pearl beyond price. Our host has thought of every little thing you could possibly need during your stay. There were even eggs in the refrigerator for breakfast. We recommend to everyone to give this place a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean, safe and quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay. The owner goes above and beyond in providing snacks, chilled beverages, shampoo, body lotion and even pasta and bottled sauce for an impromptu meal. The street parking is very busy so the garage is safe and convenient. IF GOING TO LONG BEACH, STAY HERE.

Best place I stayed in so far.

So I'm new to Vacation Rentals this has been the fourth year I've got one staying at Long Beach as they all have been great. This is the best one so far. I've never written a review about anything but I was thoroughly impressed with the thoughtfulness of the amenities. I was there with my adult son for the Long Beach Grand Prix. So we were just basically using it to sleep but if you're looking to go to the beach with your family this is the place you want. There's basically everything you need.

I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so thoughtfully set up! I felt like I was staying with a best friend who wanted to make me feel the most comfortable possible. The beds were so comfy, the sheets were so soft, and it pretty much had anything you needed from toiletries to towels to bikes!

Amazing VRBO property and host!! The property is gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Denver is the absolute best. Her details are amazing. The cupboards are completely stocked. There are chips, candy, cookies! A huge variety of drinks, eggs, milk, coffee, creamers. The freezer has ice cream, pizzas, breakfast sandwiches and more. See thinks of everythingā€¦.even quarters for the laundry! We couldnā€™t get Netflix on and she was there in ten minutes. Also fully ready for the beach, bikes, towels, bags, sunscreen and sand toys! Truly is the best place I have ever stayed and we usually stay at 5 star resorts. I will book with her again when Iā€™m in California!

Perfect property in Long Beach

This was a wonderful, beautiful retro bungalow with all the fun decor. Denver was excellent as a property manager, providing all of the needs that you would have for the very first night and day with snacks and water and everything actually. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings with coffee, having a parking garage so that we didnā€™t have to fight the parking situation. We loved being able to just walk and feel safe and downtown Long Beach very close to the queen Mary Shoreline Village and the terminal that took us to Catalina for the day we stayed for a week and had the most amazing time and will be back again.

Long Beach House Apartment

Enjoyed our week long stay. It was close to the beach and downtown Long Beach as advertised. It was nice to have a garage to park in as parking spaces can be difficult to find in this area. I would recommend a compact car as the garage is small and located in the alley behind the unit. We were impressed with the food items that were there for us when we arrived. Soda, beer, milk, eggs, and orange juice in the fridge. Soup, cereal, pasta, & pasta sauce in the cupboards. Even a couple bottles of wine and some apples & candy were left in the dining area. It was nice not to have to run to the grocery right away after we arrived! There were also chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, & toys in the closet to use at the beach. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful LBGP Weekend

Had an amazing time at the LBGP and having such a wonderful place to stay just made it all the better. The place was perfect with attention to detail and very clean in a very nice neighborhood.
