The heart of the home lies in the chef’s kitchen, equipped with gourmet appliances, a culinary enthusiast’s dream. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a beautiful dining room adorned with French doors that seamlessly open up to a 400 sqf outdoor patio surrounded by lush greenery with a full seating area arranged around a custom-built fireplace and a barbecue area, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining or leisurely gathering under the starry night sky.

Every corner of this retreat timeless elegance and comfort, from meticulously chosen furnishing to the carefully selected decor, each detail has been curated to create a harmonious and relaxation atmosphere.

The main level of the retreat is bathed in natural light, thanks to the abundance of windows that showcase California sun. The large living room, complete with a fireplace and balcony, offers a serene space to unwind and soak in the views. But the real showstopper awaits on the 800 sqf rooftop, where you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the iconic Hollywood sign, as well as panoramic canyon and city views.

The retreat features three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, top of the line mattresses designed to maximize comfort. Whether you're waking up to the sunrise over the hills or gazing at the city lights before bed, these bedrooms offer a tranquil escape.

Enjoy a cozy movie night with loved ones at our media room featuring a state-of-the-art 85” 8K TV.

Additionally, you'll find a meditation room, an office space, a laundry room the open to our side yard. Stay fit and active in the gym, and revel in the elegance of white oak wood flooring throughout the house.
