You can use Uber or your own car. For the own car we have assigned parking spots in front of the house.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

This house is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
GUEST VERIFICATION TO STAY MAY BE REQUIRED

To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and ask you to complete our verification process. We also require IDs from all other guests staying at the property for safety and record purposes.


Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.

Charges and penalties:

1. Early check-in(1:30 pm)— 100$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 10 am.
Need to request in advance. If you don`t request and pay or cleaning team will arrive at 10:30 a, with no warning or call and access to house with a key.
2. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
3. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
4. Smoking on the property or in the house is not allowed - 750$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking.
5. We do not offer the option to receive letters or parcels during your stay.
6. You can make changes to your arrival/departure dates only in the direction of decreasing within the first 48 hours after booking or up to 30 days before the arrival date.
7. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1000$.
8. Violation of quiet hours (10 pm-9 am) fine 250$
9. Fee for losing/stilling/damage garage remote is 350$.
10. We have 4 parking spots in front of the house.
11. A fee of $25 per night applies for each guest beyond the first 6 guests. This is for beddings, towels and cleaning.
