My first impression was good. It was 10:30 at night when i arrived after a 6 hour drive from Santa Cruz. I am Canadian ans my youngest granddaughter was leaving University in NoCal. The rest of my family live in and around Northridge. This property was to be our gathering place for my stay as they all live in apartments. The 1st problem was that no information was provided about the wifi pass code. I contacted the owner who immediately responded with the info. I then wanted to have a jacuzzi but the pool pump was not operating. I thought perhaps that it was on a timer and left the issue until the morning. While i messaged the owner several times i NEVER received another response. The pool pump did not come on and while we were able to swim, we had to scoop all of the dead insects and leaves from the pool daily and the jacuzzi never worked. The wifi was inconsistent which made communication with my family a challenge. The tv in the bedroom had spotty internet connection. Some of the towels in the bathroom smelled musty. The shabby patio furniture was covered in spider webs. The water in the fridge leaked if you tried to use it. There were 3 security cameras in the backyard which made us all feel as though we were being watched and made me wonder if there were other cameras inside. Plastic cups were understandably required around the pool but none were provided. I left what was left of what i purchased. The kitchen was well equipped with all manner of small appliances
