The Space:

Casa Seraphina by Oraklus is a layered hillside retreat designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living above Sunset Boulevard. The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, spa-style en-suite bathroom, and a signature rain shower that opens directly to the pool terrace, blending the home’s interior with its outdoor setting. On the lower level, two additional suites provide flexible accommodations: one with a king bed, private living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom, and a connected second bedroom with a queen bed, lounge area, and private outdoor patio, sharing bathroom access with the adjoining suite or upstairs hallway bath. Outdoors, the home unfolds into a private resort experience with a front fire pit lounge, and a rear yard featuring a pool, hot tub, sun loungers, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor dining space for six—all framed by sweeping city views and designed for privacy, relaxation, and effortless entertaining.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Set just above Sunset Boulevard, Casa Seraphina by Oraklus is tucked into a quiet hillside enclave with sweeping access to the best of Los Angeles. The home offers privacy and calm while being moments from Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills dining, shopping, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Despite its serene setting, getting around is effortless. A car is not necessary—many local spots are walkable, and Uber/Lyft are fast, reliable, and readily available at all times.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:



No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed. Noise must remain at a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect our neighbors. Any complaints or disruptions will result in immediate eviction.



The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any gathering of more than 6 people must be cleared with us in advance.



A security deposit may be required for some bookings.



No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $250 fine will apply for indoor smoking.



Charges apply for stained or ruined towels ($35 each), sheets or duvet covers ($200), or excessive cleaning ($200).



Guests must be honest when providing booking information. False details may result in eviction without a refund. Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will also lead to eviction.
