This tranquil home includes a deep soaking tub as well as a comfortable media room which can be converted into another bedroom if needed. The large kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances including a wine refrigerator. Exquisite outdoor gardens include mangaris decks, a large gas grill , gas fire pit, teak dining table with umbrella, and an intimate meditation area.
Escape from the hustle and bustle of your busy life while biking to the beach, Abbot Kinney Shopping and Whole Foods Market just minutes away. Your stay will include free high speed wifi and Smart TV's set up for streaming with some select streaming channels.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to the emergency situation with the fires in Los Angeles County at the present time we are unable to have instant bookings and all applicants will need to fill out a lease agreement prior to renting our home.We have changed our booking minimum to one year in order to make housing available to those who have tragically lost their homes. It will be necessary for all applicants to sign an application and lease agreement.

We have also been experiencing intermittent power outages and low air quality and although air purifiers are provided we cannot guarantee the quality of the air at this time.
