This property is really strange with the lobby on the 34th floor. However, after we got that figured that out. It was okay. However, parking cost $60 for valet. $20 for public but overnight that became $40. Gave you $30 a day to spend at restaurants but only a few with limited menus.

The stay, location, room was good until the dishonesty of one of the staff which made my trip very disappointed in the end. I got to the hotel to check in and the receptionist tells me that I have to pay for deposit which is not big deal but you have to put it in the hotels informations so that guest can know that you have to pay a deposit, after that the receptionist brings a paper saying that I have to pay for destination fee of $30usd per night ok fine take my wallet and pays receptionist a $100usd she’s gave me keycard and says enjoy stay. After my stay was over a few days later I realized my bank account was charge by the hotel I call and ask them why they charge my account they said that I did not pay the destination fee so I told to investigate the matter cause I did pay the fee, they told me they were going give me call which they never did so I call the manger and then he says base on the investigation checking the cameras they said I didn’t pay, I told them at least show me that they investigate situation they told me they can’t, which made me look like I made up story which was dishonesty by the manger and that receptionist where I couldn’t get no justice to my situation

Beautiful new hotel, I got a great price on Expedia so it was worth it and then some. Lots of amenities and killer views from their 38th floor lobby / restaurant. Only slightly annoying thing is they charge a $30 resort fee but do give you $30 food and beverage credit which I used for breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels in DTLA.

The staff were amazing and the commodities were great. We had an amazing room with a great view. the only complaints i have are that the AC would not kick in and so we would get uncomfortable.

I wish there were more ice machines. We were on floor 11 because originally on floor 16, our room looked like someone was there already. The ice machine was in room 15 but we didn’t know that til we went to customer service. You guys should put a sign outside in the hall stating where the nearest ice machine is located or something other than that, loved it & will stay again!

Downtown location was great to have, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the response I received after asking for the second time to have something cleaned.

Rude front staff, gave me attitude when I was simply asking about charges to the room. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned and wet used towels were on the floor when we walked in. When I called, someone just came to pick up the towels and did not clean the bathroom. I called for extra towels and they never brought them. Also, I was not allowed to go to a restaurant in the hotel because I was wearing a jersey. I just wanted food didn’t want to party. WAAYYY too many elevators for no reason. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.
