Welcome to our beautiful/artistic/zen *Dancing Bear Manor*. Comfy, sunny, relaxing.
Located int the heart of Burbank, very quiet residential area "right by the park" with children's play ground and picnic area. 5min to Airport and Train station. Universal studios, LA zoo, hiking trails, Hollywood, AMC theater, malls, Ikea, major shoppings are only 5-10 min drive . Central AC/Heating 2 Bedroom 1 full bath house which our family built in 1936 with original metal decors with dancing bears.
The space
We are designers and artist entrepreneurs who really enjoy bringing beauty, comfort, joy, healing frequency into our historic family home and share with others. Most of our antiques/decorations are handed down from our family and we also create hand made curtains etc to bring old world charm with modernity. Some of the items are for sale, and even the new hand made reversible printed curtains can be made to order for your home. Please ask us if you like somehting. We care about creating positive and joyous energy in our community!! Entire house with 2 bedroom 1 full bath house, full kitchen, separate dining area, cute sunroom office/meditation room, and front & back yard (2 entrances). you have a one outdoor designated parking spot but there are plenty of street parking all day. We have central air/heating and fiberoptic internet. Located right by the park with children's play ground and picnic area, it is perfect for the traveling family!!

Other things to note
We have a 1br 1bath guest house in the back also on Airbnb with completely separate entrance. I use the garage as my art studio/caretaker's unit sometimes where you will find me and my sweet little dog Kirin.
