•No extra or overnight guests , if you do please ask us first
•Check-in time is anytime after 4pm
•Checkout time is 11:00 am
Pet Rules:
1. Pets must be house-trained and free of fleas/ticks
2. No pets on furniture or beds (unless guest brings their own protective covers)
3. Never leave pets unattended unless kenneled/crated
4. Clean up after your pet inside and outside
5. Noise policy: Persistent barking or disturbances will result in additional charges or early termination of stay
6. Damage clause: Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage, including stains, odors, scratches, and chewed furniture.
