The Space:

Welcome to Los Alamos Farmhouse, featuring two beautifully decorated homes in the heart of wine country! Step inside the main home to a bright, open-concept living space where you can relax and unwind. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, a large dining area for sharing stories over a bottle of local wine, and a comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV, to kick back after a day of exploring. Each bedroom features plush mattresses and plenty of space for you to spread out and make yourself at home. The main home features 2.5 bathrooms, each stocked with essential toiletries. Out back, you'll find your own private oasis and the back cottage featuring 2 additional bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for your furry friends and enjoying the sunny Santa Ynez Valley weather. Relaxing in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table. The spacious yard is an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply relaxing under the stars.

Guests will have access to the entire home, cottage and private backyard area. Guests will access via smart lock.

Due to our proximity to Bell St., we are next door to a manufacturer lot. There is no noise generated from this lot, but it is where trackers are parked so you will see them.



Getting Around:

Getting around by personal vehicle is easiest. Rideshare options are limited, but occasionally available.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A unique entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:

Early check-in may be available depending on the schedule and for an additional fee. Late checkout is not available.



PARKING:

There is a long driveway for up to 3-4 cars to park, depending on size.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, lounge chairs, dining table, gas BBQ available for you to enjoy!



BEDROOMS:

There are 5 bedrooms, featuring a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 full beds. The living room has a queen sized pullout couch. Total accommodations can sleep 12 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard.



PET FRIENDLY:

Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them. If any damage occurs due to your pet, you will be charged additional fees.
