"Sem comentários, horrível em todos os sentidos. Antigo, sujo e sem conforto nenhum. Internet wi-fi e com fio não existem. Quando perguntamos se tinha água pro dono do hotel ele simplesmente abriu a torneira e falou que era potável. Ridículo. Sem contar que a avenida onde fica é muito movimentada e barulhenta. Passem longe desse hotel. Paguem um pouco mais mas não fiquem lá. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo."

"This home goes so far beyond a charming and luxury guest house. Everything was perfect, from first booking through departure. Stefano is an artist at welcoming and caring for his guests, even feeding us fresh made biscotti and fresh sliced prosciutto and bread sticks beyond compare. So much thoughtful detail in every corner-from music to books to wonderful towels, magnificently scented soap, to coffee to fridge to stove. The rain shower is amazing, as is the garden. We traveled to Montepulciano...

"We were graciously welcomed by Bitte's parents who were extremely helpful! They provided paper map marked with locations and helped us get a taxi when we left. Bitte communicated very well and sent an extensive list of restaurants and things to do which we found very helpful. A bit of a long walk to the historical area (35 minutes), but a very close grocery store and pastry shop. The shower was a bit small and hard to reach down to get soap and shampoo- it would be nice to have a shelf or pumps...

"What a great place to stay in Florence. Plenty of room for 8 people and we all slept so well. There is plenty of good food nearby and a cafe very close for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place for a large group. "
