"The rooms were very clean. There are no modern amenities, however, the staff and the food could not have been better. This hotel is quaint and beautiful and walking distance to Pureto Escondido Marina. The pool is big and inviting. Free breakfast mornings."

The room, however was marginally clean, smelled of dust, the windows were dirty, although the bathroom was clean with the exception of the half worn off factory sticker on the base of the toilet, not a big deal, but certainly lends to lack of attention to details. "Loved the location - on a car free street. Luis was very helpful and friendly. Most of the time, the church bells sounded lije banging on a skillet, other times pretty loud. Still loved staying there. The balcony was perfect!"

"Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps...
