"The hotel is absolutely crowded. Too many people to be served, a few employees to serve. Particularly at the Ulu Restaurant are the breakfast. The luau does not worth the value and concierge was not able to deal with our needs. We spent 1.2k dollars Ina helicopter tour to see volcano and road to Hanna and we didn’t see it. That part of the island is very windy. Maybe a good option is to stay in Wailea. Less windy, more upscaled."

"We rented the room just for 12 hours due to a flight change. We had never stayed at the Royal but here are my take aways: Very clean. Room and entire property was kept clean, well maintained and fairly modern. Pools are small but efficient. We stayed a week in Wailea (more expensive) and was a little disappointed in the food on property at the Royal. "Em setembro de 2014, fiquei no Westin Maui Resort & Spa. Hotel bem localizado e confortavel. Praia otima, no entanto fica ao lado do Whalers Village o que a torna muito agitada. E cobrado uma taxa de 31,25 U$ dia. Em relaçao ao Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort, so tenho coisas otimas a dizer, principalmente do conforto e tranquilidade. Praia magnifica e tranquila. E somente cobrado 10,00 U$ do estacionamento. Paguei pelo Studio Island e concederam um upgrade para One Bedroom Island. Como sugestao...

"Super recomendo! O hotel é super organizado e tem a melhor vista para o pôr do sol! A praia na frente do hotel é ótima e daria para ficar só no hotel fácil! Os studios não perdem em nada para os quartos de hotel e tudo funciona super bem."

"The cooking station downstairs allowed for easier food costs compared to eating out every meal and the free laundry mat helped out with the return to home. Pool was fun and they had plenty of events throughout the week like free snowcones and live music. The staff was always friendly especially when there was a problem. A great place to stay!"
