These luxurious, nice, and detached vacation villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers lots of privacy, a high comfort level, and has a spacious, hardwood outdoor deck. All ingredients to enjoy an amazing time by the water.


The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower. 

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

The Groene Hart is located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. In this area you will find typical Dutch landscapes and a huge water recreation area, with the Loosdrechtse Plassen being one of the best known. In the area you can rent a boat or dinghy and go on an adventure. You'll find the most beautiful spots in and around these beautiful lakes this way.
At Thermen Maarssen on the Maarsseveense Plassen (17 km from the park), you can relax and enjoy a day of wellness on the water. Relax during your sauna visit or enjoy various experience programmes such as infusions, scrub sessions, yoga and singing bowls. Then return to your holiday villa satisfied and rested to finish off the day.
The park is surrounded by water and is connected to the Loosdrechtse Plassen. You can rent a boat or dinghy and go on an adventure. You'll find the most beautiful spots in and around these beautiful lakes this way.
Keukenhof. As many as 7 million spring blooms can be seen at this most colourful park in the Netherlands. Tourists from all over the world come to visit De Keukenhof in spring. So it's a colourful day out when you stay at the park. There is something for everyone to see and do. From activities to flower shows. Inspiration gardens with the most beautiful art objects and a cosy terrace to enjoy the splendour of colours.
