"Friendly & professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for example, requesting a bucket of soapy water / sponge to clean our car of seagull droppings every morning. Also, a guest in an above room to ours left his bath tap running & then laid on his bed to "rest" causing his room & ours, to flood! On informing the staff that there is a major leak happening into our room from above, they immediately contacted the other guest / stopped the bath overflowing & once...

"There are many many steep steps from the parking area to the door and the two more flights of stairs inside the property. We had 4 large suitcases to carry up these steps/stairs. The parking space is well documented but not the steps/stairs. "
