"We stayed in the Pavilion Du Parc..This was supposed to be an upgrade but we had no view unlike in the Chateau which we had always stayed in previously so we were disappointed. There was a mixup over a dinner booking which caused some embarrassment and no apologies or understanding by the staff Also the renewal of supplies was very limited. No tea bags only fruit teas.
