"Staff was so lovely , humble and helpful."

"A localização é ótima! Ficamos no apartamento 01, muito espaçoso, confortável, com um pátio externo, cama king e cama de solteiro, sofá de 2 lugares, poltrona, armário pequeno e mesa de trabalho com cadeira. Também era equipado com microondas, chaleira elétrica e frigobar. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes! Banheiro espaçoso, box grande, ducha forte. "This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston."

"Very comfy bed and lovely quiet room. A huge shoutout to Will, a happy, pleasant young man who could not do enough for us. Thank you Will for an amazing breakfast experience. One disappointing thing for breakfast was if you drank coffee you got it for free BUT I don’t drink coffee but if I wanted a hot chocolate I had to pay for it. (Because they don’t put hot chocolate in the free machine anymore). I thought that was unfair. We pre-purchased parking for $10 per night, well worth it. All...

"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"
