All 2-bedroom, 2-bath units are uniform, and equipped with a kitchen boasting full-size appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer for enhanced convenience. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a jetted tub, complemented by a spacious private bath with extra storage space and a double vanity. Guest accommodations include a private room with two twin beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. The generous balcony provides ample seating space and a table for delightful al fresco dining. Abundant storage and closet space are thoughtfully provided for all your belongings, ensuring a relaxing stay where you can unwind on your private balcony while savoring your favorite beverage.

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in. Inquire about the limited availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, helmets, tennis equipment, and fishing gear during check-in.

Cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, minus the $95 cancellation fee.
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
All canceled reservations incur a minimum $95 cancellation fee.

Linens, bath, and pool towels are included, and the pool and whirlpool are open from dawn to dusk. Find books, games, and videos in the lobby for added entertainment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside units but allowed on the balconies or in designated smoking areas.
This property strictly adheres to a no-pet policy.
Maximum occupancy is six, including children of all ages.
