"Loved being on the lake! Family of ducks kept us entertained. Brand new dock right out our front door. Everything was clean. Very reasonable and comfortable. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating to our needs. This property is close to town, and not far from the waterpark and brewery/winery. A great time was had by all 4 generations! ❤️"

"The view was great and the grounds were fine. The cabin itself was very small though. We were in the "Firefly" cabin which says sleeps 4. I am glad we didn't have a 4th person. I don't know where they would have slept. One double bed in one bedroom and then 2 twins in another room - but one of the twin beds was oddly tucked under the other bed. Definitely not for 4 adults. Maybe one adult and 2 kids? If that. We enjoy cooking and spending time in the cabin itself when we are on vacation but that...

"Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay...

"The house had everything we needed in a great location. The game room was enjoyed by all especially the kids! The lake is clear, great for swimming and boating! The house is beautiful and spotless- even better than the pictures show! Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!"

"We (11 of us) had a great time at this property on Lake Darling. We caught sunfish off of the dock, the kids enjoyed playing in the water around the dock. We rented a pontoon from Lake Darling Resort, grilled, had a couple campfires. Weather was great as well. The only downsize is the busy road that the property is located on, could hear the traffic, but we spent all of our time on the lake side."

"Really loved the home, very clean, comfortable had just about everything (no Wi-Fi). The only real issue was the lot wasn’t as level as expected and with my having upcoming hip surgery was a bit of an issue. Fishing and sunsets were fantastic! Would stay again! "This cabin is wonderfully located just feet from the lake and a perfect location for fishing at the head of the lake!! We enjoyed one full day of just playing all the games in the cabin. We appreciated cooking with all the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils provided. The best part was the wood burning fireplace. We will be back for our annual tradition of fishing on Lake osakis for New Year’s!"

"The cabin was amazing. The beds were so comfortable!! The first day we got there we immediately saw lots of Amish people from the community surrounding us. The nature was something else. Waking to the sound of the loon every morning was very calming. We did some minor fishing. Didn’t catch anything too crazy. Still nice to get the poke in the water. I don’t think we could say anything negative about our experience even if we tried. We would love to come back again!!"
