Guests have access to the entire property except the cleaners' closets

- A max of two Pets is allowed with a $250 fee/pet.
- Guests must be 23 years or older to book.
- Pets not allowed on beds or furniture - any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of the guests.
- No parties allowed. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay and may include a fine of at least $2500.
- The Pool typically closes from October to May
- We have security cameras on the outside of the property for 24/7 security.
- Parking in the driveway for 10 cars max. Do not park near fences.
- Private events require pre-approval and may require additional fees.
- To use the Golf Simulator, a mobile hotspot is required, which the guest must provide.
- The star-gazing dome may be closed from October to May.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and before check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- A non-refundable $75 damage waiver is included in every booking. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported before your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses, but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
