Each of the 3 bedrooms and the bunk room have been beautifully designed for comfort - every bedroom has all of the linens you'll need provided. On the bottom floor, you'll find the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over twin). On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, the 3rd and 4th both have queen beds. The master bedroom upstairs has a dedicated workspace.

There are two full, modern bathrooms in this home. The bathroom on the main floor has a shower/tub combo. On the top floor, the second bathroom has a shower.

The modern full kitchen is located right off the main living areas and is loaded with stainless steel appliances & a coffee station. Downstairs, there is a second kitchenette and dining area.
The dining room is right next to the kitchen upstairs, with enough seating to comfortably fit 10 people. Downstairs, there's another table with space for 6. Outside, there's even more dining options with space for everyone in your group!

In the living room, you’ll be greeted with lots of comfy seating, games, and a smart TV. This is the perfect spot to host your movie nights & games with your friends and family!

Keep your family and friends entertained throughout your stay in our rec room! From the driveway, come straight into the ski and sun gear room for easy unloading.
On the wall, you'll find a ski rack for 10 snowboards or pairs of skis (good hooks for wet lake gear in summer!) along with space for coats, snow pants, fishing gear, and more. Also downstairs is another TV with surround sound and comfortable seating for cozy movie nights and hours of entertainment on the Nintendo Wii and foosball table! Create the ultimate environment with the gas fireplace.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole house and two wooded acres all to yourself, with access to everything other than a few closets and cabinets.
The Neighborhood:
Emerald Lakes is a private community where you may have access to an outdoor pool, lakes and beaches, boat launches, tennis, basketball, playgrounds, a community center with bar and grill, indoor pool, bingo, and karaoke, and more. The use of these amenities, including boating on our lake using our boats, is charged separately, but only if guests choose to obtain an amenities pass to enjoy them. The cost is $20 for a day, $30 for three days and $50 for a week. Children 2 and under are free. For those who just want to enjoy our home's private beach, views of the lake, hills, and forest from our home, strolls through the community, and our proximity to all the Poconos has to offer, there is no extra charge.
Fishing on our lake and the other community lakes, which is catch and release with artificial bait only, requires a PA and Emerald Lakes fishing license for anyone over 16. PA licenses are available at Wal-mart nearby and ELA licenses are available at the ELA office. Cost is $15.00 and you must bring with you your PA Fishing License to register.
Skiing and snow sports are available close by; Camelback resort is less than a 15 minute drive and Big Boulder/Jack Frost are 20 minutes. The home is within a few miles of The Crossings shopping outlet, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari indoor water park, grocery stores, and outdoor activities such as hiking, ATV riding, horseback riding, zip ziplining, and bike trails. Nearby the Lehigh Gorge offers many wonderful hikes, bike riding, whitewater rafting, and picnic areas. Gorgeous waterfalls at Bushkill Falls, the Boulder Field at Hickory Run Park, the Delaware Water Gap, and other marvels of nature are within a short, scenic drive.
New York and Philadelphia are within a two hour drive, and Washington D.C. is about four hours away.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home in the serene Emerald Lakes Community! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.
Please note that this home is located in a community that offer shared amenities. All amenities are managed and maintained by the community, not by us. That means we do not control the hours of operation or availability. The community reserves the right to close or restrict access to these amenities at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I had a wonderful time staying at the lake house with my family! Beautiful property and Steven and Jenny were amazing hosts, very responsive and caring. Really hope we can stay here again soon!

The property was absolutely beautiful with lots of space for all of us. We loved using the beach area and had fun with the kayaks as well. The downstairs area was perfect for watching football, which we all love, so that was a nice area for us. Steven and Jenny were extremely helpful and attentive.

The property itself is amazing and very well equipped — it truly had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and clearly tried to help when issues came up.That said, there were a few challenges. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor in the home. The host did have plug-ins delivered, which helped somewhat, but the smell never fully resolved.We were also disappointed that the snow was not cleared prior to our arrival. After a long drive and the exhaustion of travel preparations, having to shovel immediately was frustrating. It snowed again the night before our departure, and once again the grounds were not treated. We had to shovel and salt ourselves, which is not our idea of a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, several of us slipped and fell while trying to enjoy the property due to snow and ice.One additional suggestion would be to add a TV in the bunk bed room, especially for situations like ours where weather caused us to be snowed in.Overall, the home has a lot of potential and is beautiful, but improved snow removal and addressing the odor issue would greatly enhance the guest experience.
