Halcyon Two is a brand-new, architecturally designed four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the heart of Long Jetty. Light, calm and beautifully finished, it's a home for slowing down, gathering the people you love, and enjoying the very best of the Central Coast's lake-and-beach lifestyle.



The Space:

From the moment you step through the arched entry, Halcyon Two feels considered. Warm timber floors, soft curves, and a sculptural staircase set the tone.



The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen. A cosy fireplace anchors the lounge, the designer kitchen comes complete with a stone island bench, walk-in pantry and wine display, and oversized glass doors slide back to the covered alfresco. Out here, an automated louvred roof lets you choose sun or shade, a built-in outdoor kitchen takes care of dinner, and the heated, glass-framed plunge pool sparkles alongside.



A separate media room gives the kids (or the grown-ups) a second lounge to retreat to, and a dedicated study makes working from the Coast an easy decision. Upstairs, the master and second bedroom each enjoy a walk-in robe and designer ensuite, with two further bedrooms and a main bathroom with a freestanding bath. Fluted glass, soft green feature tiles and backlit oval mirrors run through every bathroom.

The Alfresco & Plunge Pool:

This is where Halcyon Two comes alive. Open the glass doors, adjust the louvres, and settle in at the outdoor table while the BBQ sizzles and the kids splash in the heated, glass-framed pool. Covered and private, it's made for long lunches that drift into evening, in any season.



The Kitchen & Living:

A beautifully appointed kitchen with island seating, a walk-in pantry and a wine display keeps the cook in the middle of the conversation. The fireplace lounge next door is the spot to curl up once the sun goes down.



The Media Room & Study:

A second lounge with its own TV means movie nights don't have to compete with dinner conversation, and the quiet study is ready for anyone who needs to log on for an hour or two.



The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Two bedrooms with walk-in robes and private ensuites, two more with built-in robes, and a main bathroom with a deep freestanding bath. Every bathroom is finished like a boutique hotel.



The Location:

Tucked into one of Long Jetty's most sought-after pockets, with the Tuggerah Lake foreshore and the cafés, bakeries and vintage stores of The Entrance Road just a short walk away. Toowoon Bay, Blue Bay and Shelly Beach are all within a few minutes' drive, and The Entrance is just beyond.

The Neighborhood:

Long Jetty is a laid-back lakeside suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, named for the historic 350-metre jetty that stretches out over Tuggerah Lake. It's known for its relaxed, slightly bohemian character, with The Entrance Road lined with cafés, bakeries, vintage and antique stores, and small independent shops.



The lake foreshore is the centre of local life, a place for morning walks and bike rides along the shared path, paddleboarding and kayaking, fishing from the jetty, and some of the best sunsets on the Coast. The ocean beaches of Toowoon Bay, Blue Bay and Shelly Beach are a few minutes away, and The Entrance, Bateau Bay and Tuggerah's shopping and dining are all close by.



Long Jetty's blend of lake, beach and village life makes it a favourite with families, couples, and anyone looking for a slower, more relaxed coastal escape.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
