"Great stay, no problems with the house what so ever, neighbor has a great culture feel, amazing elote place down the road along with 6 Flags and a fairly short trip to the city. Only complaint is that it was listed as the whole house but there were people staying below in the basement, did not effect our stay whatsoever though. Had a really good time and would stay again!"

"Property is clean & well kept. Host is on site, polite & quick to respond. Camper is in their driveway (not a campground). Privacy isn't an issue.The lake is 2 to 3 blocks from the property.The factory mattresses were the biggest disappointment. "

"My extended family had a wonderful time this passed weekend at this Spring Grove property. Gregoria was a thoughtful, gracious host who provided us with everything we needed and then some! She had a few really special and generous surprises awaiting us! The house description is beautiful, yet still doesn't do it justice. It was spacious, very functional, and really, really beautiful. The kids loved the pool and all the great gear that went with it. I can't think of a thing that could have made...

"Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house was just as described. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from steamers to cleaning supplies, washer and dryer extra blankets you name it they had it. The designated parking space was very convenient and the area felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to issues and also text to check on us as well. "
