GENERAL

PARKING: Driveway (2cars) additional street parking in front of the house.- No unregistered people.**Only guests included on the reservation are to be on the premises and using the door code. Please register all occupants & respect the total occupancy count (babies included in count.) Seek host approval for any visitors.
-No smoking 🚭 $500 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home
- Pet friendly w/ 100 fee per each . Maximum 2 but ( Dogs only) we don’t allowed pets sleeping in the beds or couch. We do charge $300 if we find dogs hair in the beds
- No events, party or large gatherings
- Must be at least 23 years old to be the primary booker
- The person who booked must be present during of the stay.
- beach badges are NOT provided
- we don’t accept requests for refunds for last minute cancellation or if you have to check out earlier than expected.
- A fee of $25 if we have to mail any items that was left behind.
-A fee $100 for late check out .
-The is a fee $ 100 for early check in or late check out and it needs 24 hours notice so the cleaning crew have to move their schedule around.
- if any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure ( stained rug, clogged sink,excessive pet shed/ mess, excessive garbage left around the house, stench, etc ) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
