"I love this hotel for cruising out of long beach, they are clean and comfortable. The staff always goes above and beyond and anre extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect for dining and shopping. I loved I could pay $ 30 (a nominal fee) to check in early since our flight came in before four. All in all I will continue to choose this hotel for location , staff, shuttle and proximity to port and dining."
"We stayed here while moving my son into CSULB. It's a great location and price for the area. The room was clean and the pool area was very nice. Parking was easy and we felt safe there even with all his things in the car. Definitely a great option for parents or while visiting the school."

Claramente faz o que não gosta e deixa isso bem claro para os clientes. A limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar. No dia que chegamos tinha um pedaço de fio dental na porta do meu quarto que ficou lá por toda a estadia. O quarto tem o tamanho ótimo, mas as camas são pequenas e os travesseiros horríveis. Na nossa última noite 4 meninos ficaram...

Limpeza boa, porém o banheiro e o quarto ficavam muito úmidos após o banho. Barulho dos carros da rodovia PCH incomodou um pouco."
"Hotel está em obras está muito bagunçado, a acústica e muito ruim, a estrutura e boa mas está longe da qualidade Marriott. Os funcionários deixam a desejar. Fiquei uma semana e não trocaram os lençóis. Infelizmente deixou a desejar. "

"Parking was difficult and quite a few homeless people walking around. The access into the building is secured so I felt safe. I will stay here whenever i’m in the area."
