The adorable home, with a very beach/coastal theme, is located with-in minutes to the sand and ocean (only1000 yards away), on a walking trail directly across the street. It's also conveniently located only a few blocks from the core of the cute town of Long Beach and only 5 miles from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco.
This home is set up for your comfort, with four comfortable beds and two couches that pull out into a bed, full bathrooms for each room (2), a comfortable living room with a big screen TV (plus TVs in each room) and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and many cooking spices. A full-size BBQ is available as well.
A full toy and beach activities assortment of fun is available for your use including bikes/helmets (adults and kids), horseshoes, croquet, GIANT Janga, corn hole, balls, clam guns (5), boogie boards, skim boards, life jackets and more! Enjoy a large backyard with wood firepit to warm your evenings with family and friends (chairs provided) with plenty of room for yard games. Backyard is available for RV or tents for an additional fee upon request/approval. An upper-level deck that looks toward the sunsets with a table and chairs for ourdoor dinning. Also, a fun classic collection of VHS & DVDs, games and puzzles for a night in. Note - no on site washer/dryer (2 local laundromats).
