"Absolutely disgusting service. We had to wait 10 minutes outside after we paid £15 for an early check in, and then they proceeded to make us wait 25 minutes inside because they hadn’t even cleaned our room. We went into the room and there was dirty tissues on the side, a dirty tissue on the floor, a dirty tissue with hair under the sheets, dirt on the bed sheets, and a fake nail in the corner of the room. When we complained all they did was spray the floor. They said that they’d give us the £15...
