"Just returned from an excellent stay at the Beaches Guesthouse and would definitely return. Warm welcome and friendly service from Jo and Buzz throughout our stay. Room 10 was spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and featured a good sized ensuite. The room could be improved by replacing the blind such that it blocks out all light in the mornings. Breakfast was included with a range of cereals, etc. on offer and a cooked breakfast which extended to things like Eggs Benedict, Salmon,...

"i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel."
