We spent 2 nights at this property. The location is less than 10 min walk from the Elizabeth line, which makes it really convenient. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating too. Definitely recommended.

This property was a good stay for us, it was nicely located & close to the Forest Gate train station & it was also very walkable, and lots of restaurants/markets around which was great. The host was very friendly & attentive as well! However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable & the shower barely worked at all which was very disappointing.

This is first time i have been there, that’s was good to stay there.. everything was good. Conditions, services, etc. Specially, shawon brother was very friendly and assisted me very well for everything.after all, I recommend to everyone this is comfortable to stay and very cheaper than other places.. thank you 😊

It seems that they are hiding this hotel business. No hotel sign-nothing. Just a regular house in a sketchy neighborhood. Area around is dirty, run down and it feels unsafe to be outside in the evening. Upon ringing the doorbell, I was greeted by some guys. I had to ask if this was the hotel. Before answering I got a question back - whether I’m alone. Strange. The house itself seemed clean. Some other folks told me that there was no hot water. Which unfortunately turned out to be true. There was just a glimpse of it - to brush your teeth was lucky. The rest of the tenants were extremely loud during the night hours and there was no one to deal it with. Same for checking out - nobody on the premises. Left the keys on the table in the room. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Thanks for your kind review. On the name of the Property its clearly says its a B&B not a hotel so it supposed to be a house. I dont understand where did you get unsafe outside as if it is rain outside supposed to be slippery and theperson greeted you never ask you if you are alne he asked you if you booked a single room or double room. We always have hot water , i dont understand where you get the impression there is no hot water and we have shower which is electric and boiler so you cannt miss the hot water. You said there was no one which isnt true as we have reception 11am-11pm which mentioned in the property discription and one of the staff stay in the property so i beleive whatever you said isnt right. though thanks for your kind review.

Stayed at Victorian Woods BnB in November this year. It was an okay experience. The best part was the amazing staff (If i am not mistaken his name is Yousuf) The place is good and clean. One misunderstanding of the owner and the statement he made kind of ruined my experience here but the staff made me feel comfortable. There is no any sign board or business name displayed on the building complex, i got on the street but had to make a call to ask for exactly locating the building. They have an open kitchen for all. No restrictions for going out or coming back. Nearest train underground station is Forest Gate and the Elizabeth line operates to this station.

I booked for 3 nights from the 6th of December till 9th of December and when i arrived to the place i rang the bell more than i care to remember but nobody answered the door. I waited outside 45 mins still nobody come or called. I waited still nothing. I was in a tight situation and i had to book another place and i had a guest from europe so i had to go to the airport. 23:00 a clock in the evening i received a text message saying that you have booking and where are you. I told the guy that i came but nobody was there to let me in and i want a refund he said talked to the expedia for refund. I called the expedia and they said they marked you absent cuz you didnt check-in and we cant refund you. So basicly mu hard earn money £360 is gone for nothing be aware guys this place is a scam and fraud. I will never and ever stay in this place. I will not recommend to anyone and wherever i go i will tell everyone that this place is a scam and fraud.

You dont have right to give us review and Some one was waiting for you at the property but you didnt turn up and as it was a Non-refundable booking you didnt get refund. as you didnt get refund You are giving us bad review which isnt right and you dont have right to call us Scam. You even blackmailed us to get refund with bad review which isnt fair with us.

Yusuf was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our room was cozy and clean, located in a very quiet street. Will certainly stay again!

I had to find a room last minute due to traffic and this place came up and i was pleasently suprised! It was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Livel play to stay however I would suggest getting some signage up outside of the property and putting mirrors and lamps in the rooms but other than that i could not fault it! Thank you gents

Tout l'hébergement était très propre. Malgré le fait que j'avais des appréhension sur la salle de bain commune, elle était très propre et je n'ai eu aucun soucis au niveau de la disponibilité de la salle de bain. En effet, des que je souhaitais l'utiliser, la salle de bain était disponible. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement
