You couldnā€™t get better than this!
Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. An easy and stressfree time and so nice to come home to. * please note the washing machine and tumble dryer featured in the photos have now been replaced with European machines.

Excellent stay

Stayed here in January 2018 and had a great time. The apartment was perfect accommodation for a stay in London. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. It was only 2 min walk to the nearest tube.

Lovely Flat

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and two 18 year olds. Close to underground station. Many shops right around the corner. Eve was very sweet! The neighborhood by the underground station was a little undesirable, but I would still stay there again!

Perfect location

We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Very pleasant stay in a great location

We had a great stay as a family in Eve's flat. The location of the house in Notting Hill is great. Safe and ideal for trips into the city by tube. The support from Eve helped us a lot. We can recommend the accommodation.

Winter stay in Holland Park

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.

We arrived in Kensington not knowing any of the area. We got off the tube and almost around the corner was our rental. We were so pleased with both the area and where we were staying. Having the Tube so close was a wonderful plus! It was a pleasure to step inside and see how pretty and clean everything was, true to the photos and descriptions. The area around included restaurants ,grocery store and so many places of interest that were within walking distance. Especially loved the meal and atmosphere at The Castle , a pub right around the corner. Try not to miss Portobello Market, especially if you want a few souvenirs. Thank you Yvonne for all your directions and help, it made our stay so much easier.you were definitely a super host. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in an area that is close to so many things of interest. Jim, Jocelyn ,John and Cynthia

Quiet and charming

We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. Charming flat in a perfect location

The flat was wonderful and centrally located between Kensington and Notting Hill. It was right around the corner from the underground. Yvonne was delightful. The apartment was clean and had fans in every room which was nice because it was hot. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful and convenient!

Of the places we stayed on our UK trip, this was our favorite! The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the Tube, lots of shops and places to eat within a short walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Loved the flat. Really clean and plenty big. Perfect for our family of four adults. Great location literally a block from Holland Park Tube Station which has nice pubs, restaurants, markets around the corner. Close access by bus or tube to all London sites or walk to Notting Hill and Kensington park. Donā€™t miss shopping at Notting Hill street market like in the movie. Host Eve was super nice and helpful, especially at check in. Will recommend to friends.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich auƟergewƶhnlich schƶn und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĆ¼r einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benƶtigt. Die Einrichtung lƤsst einen sofort wohlfĆ¼hlen, schick und pieksauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt genĆ¼gend Kissen. Durch die zwei Badezimmer ist auch der Aufenthalt zu 4. sehr entspannt. Die Kommunikation mit Yvonne lief wunderbar und sie hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang beschert. Die Lage ist einfach genial. Wir kƶnnen diese Unrerkunft rundum empfehlen und waren zu 100% zufrieden. Vielen Dank!!

Holland Park delight

Great stay in a fabulous location so close to Holland Park tube station with lots of shops and restaurants just one street away. Apartment was wonderful with good security, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities and the second toilet/shower room was an added bonus for our family. Yvonne was a lovely, hospitable host. She even had repeat guests staying after us. Would highly recommend!
