A few improvements

This is a lovely apartment, on a quiet street, and near to the lively scene of Portobello Road. The check-in was simple and the management company was quick to respond but the responses were not always helpful. For example, we asked about how to operate the heating and AC and were simply told that there were thermostats in the apartment. That was obvious but how to operate those thermostats was not. Other useful instructions could have included (1) the induction stove and (2) the combined washer/dryer. Some necessary upgrades: the two living room lamps need replacement. One does not work and the other has a badly frayed cord. The mattress on one bed is fine but on the other it is awful, far too soft for an adult sleeper. These comments are offered so that this excellent apartment can be even more enjoyable for the next guest.

I would not rent this apartment again

The check-in process was not easy and we were not able to enter the apartment until 8:00 p.m. We had problems with hot water (it didn't work) and with internet. The way to communicate with the host was very difficult, only through messages through the Vrbo app even though we gave him several phone numbers so he could call us or write a WhatsApp. The apartment is nice as seen in the photos and the location is perfect. The neighborhood is very nice.
