The kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home cooked meal, and the comfortable seating area includes a double sofa bed that opens up to sleep two extra guests. It also doubles nicely as a place to work during the day.

South Wimbledon Station (Northern Line) – 6–8 min walk. Direct access to Central London (London Bridge, Bank, King’s Cross St. Pancras, Tottenham Court Road). Perfect for reaching London Bridge in under 25 minutes.

Wimbledon Station (District Line, Overground, South Western Railway and Tramlink) – 15 min walk or a short bus ride. Direct routes into West London (Earl’s Court, South Kensington, Victoria). Fast trains to London Waterloo take around 18 minutes. Tramlink services connect directly to Croydon and Beckenham.

Haydons Road Station (Thameslink) – 10 min walk. Great for direct trains toward Blackfriars, Farringdon, and St Pancras International.



Bus stops are located just a 1–2 minute walk on Abbey Road and nearby High Street. Quiet residential roads making walking and cycling easy. For drivers, the A3 is close by for fast access across London or out towards Surrey.
