KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in London. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & washing machine/dryer.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 2 bathrooms at the property. One is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower. The other is a shower room with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Luckily for you, the apartment is in the ideal location so nothing is too far away.

The best way to get places fast in London is by using the London Underground (Tube). The nearest Tube stop is Borough or London Bridge.

You can also use Londons' black cab taxi service to get around.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.

*Please note: We charge a £20/hour early check-in fee if you check-in before the time stated on the listing without prior approval and a £20/hour late check-out fee if you check-out later than 10 am.

EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

PARKING:
The apartment does not have designated parking but there are nearby pay & display streets where you can park during the evening however this can sometimes be expensive considering the location of the property.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with 53 Degrees Property.

Great spot for our son this summer-SAFE-with secure entry. Close to food, pubs and a gorgeous walk across London Bridge each day. Management was very responsive and helpful-cleaning crew was great. Very pleased with this property!
