This space is utterly unique. It is spread over 2-3 floors, has a stunning roof terrace, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful garden.

When you enter the front door you are left breathless, simply because the space really is so unique. Designed by a renowned Arts and Design guru in 2002, it has proved a timeless concept! Solid brick stairwells and walls, pine flooring combined with a beautiful vinyl with underfloor heating throughout.

The lounge which is a step up from the kitchen and dining area features a long 3 seater sofa from CB2 in New York. A 65” Samsung ‘The Frame’ Smart television. Directly above the sofa area is a clear glass roof – ideal for kicking back and looking at the sky or listening to the bashing rain – it’s a heavenly place to sit and relax. There is a matching armchair and ottoman to match.

If cooking is your thing then you are going to love spending time in this kitchen. There is an abundance of room to cook with every modern appliance you could imagine. The dining area is set against the back wall which is made of huge floor to ceiling glass doors, allowing light in from dusk till dawn. The dining area also has a Samsung 55” smart television. The table itself, also from CB2 in New York is made of a solid concrete mix and can be used as a workspace or to dine for up to 6 guests.

The Master bedroom is huge! The bed itself is a King with a hybrid Simba mattress, Simba hybrid duvet and crisp cotton sheets. There is ample wardrobe space and shelves for you to store your clothes and shoes. Two windows at either end allow light in once again from dawn to dusk. There are blackout blinds should you prefer to lay in.

The bathroom is unlike any other. Once again this part of the house is unique. The bath itself is sunk into the staircase and takes 50 mins to fill. There is a rain forest shower should you be water conscious. There is a second bathroom on the lower floor, tucked away from everything else for extra privacy. The second space is a beautiful weatherproofed wood cabin just steps from the main house in the garden. It is possibly one of the most unique aspects of the property. It has a small double bed, a click clack sofa bed, a shower, toilet, sink and wardrobe space, doors that open up if the weather permits so you can enjoy the garden...and of course fast wifi with smart television. It is also heated should the Great British weather decide to do it's thing!

For extra guests (approved after review) There is an electric inflatable double mattress that is super comfortable that can be positioned wherever you'd like.
