Welcome to our lovely apartment. The apartment is located in London Stratford City, a few minute's walk to the London Olympic Stadium. Within a few minute's walk, about 5 minutes, you are at Stratford International train station with direct train to London St Pancras International station for direct train services to many European cities.

You are at the centre of train, tube/subway and bus services. London Canary Wharf (London's business district) is a few minutes away from the apartment on the underground/subway.

For those who love to shop, you are 5 minutes away from Europe's biggest shopping mall, Westfield Stratford City. You will be spoilt with the best of the best stores in Westfield Stratford City, plus restaurants, cafes, gym, cinema/movie theatres, parks, and children activities.

EXCEL LONDON CENTRE is about 15 minutes by tube from Stratford station.

THE O2 ARENA is almost 15 minutes from Stratford station - which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment has on the ground floor, the living area with 2 double sofa beds that sleeps 4 people. You have the kitchen and dining area which is separate from the living area. You also have a wc on this floor so you don't need to go to the next floor to use the wc.

In the kitchen, you have the cutlery, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plate, pots, TV, Netflix, etc just for your use during your stay.

On the next level, you have the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a queen bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably.

On the same level you have the second bedroom with 2 single beds that sleeps 2 people and the third bedroom also has 2 single beds that sleeps 2.


This apartment cannot be used for any party or event.

There is NO SMOKING anywhere in this apartment

The Roof Terrace is not included in this reservation. Permission is needed for the roof terrace if use is needed and they may be a charge

There is no allocated parking due to the limited space for parking. Parking is subject to availability at the time of arrival, however, there is paid parking facility few minutes away from the apartment. Also available are free parking 200 metres away from the apartment

The entire apartment is for guests to use. There is a bus stop just two minutes away. Stratford station is a about 5-7 minutes away. Paid parking at London Westfield which is 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are available Monday to Friday 10am till 6pm. Also available in the weekends on phone and email.

A beautiful neighbourhood with the London Olympic Stadium a few minutes walk away plus Stratford International train station and London biggest shopping mall, Westfield Stratford City, all at your doorstep.

15 minutes to Oxford Circus/Central London and other tube lines that take you to Excel Centre as well Jubilee Line direct to 02 Arena.

There are 24 bus routes from Stratford.

IMPORTANT- Minimum age of the lead guest needs to be 23 and upwards. We also require you to sign an electric copy of our terms and conditions and provide government issued photo IDs (passport or driver’s license) of adults when requested to.
