Tudo incrivelmente perfeito. Instalações luxuosas e agradáveis. Atendimento solícito. Café excepcional, concierges perfeitos e sempre prestativos. Recepção perfeita é muito ágil. Quarto enorme, confortável e com tudo que um 5* luxuoso oferece. Ponto muito bom. Não podíamos ter escolhido um lugar mais agradável para passar a semana em que comemoramos 50 anos de casados.

Very Nice hotel
This is a great hotel in a central London location (close to Holborn underground station). The hotel is very cool design wise. Service is good and professional but a bit impersonal. Room was big and confortable. Scarfes bar is very nice with live jazz music.

Maravilhoso!
Hotel maravilhoso! Pessoal muito atencioso, cordial, muito educados e sempre sorridentes. É um 5 estrelas com louvor. Achei o hall de entrada pequeno mas tudo muito bem decorado. E ainda tinha o cachorro do hotel que ficava no hall!! Tão educado e obediente! Cama deliciosa! Amamos muito o Rosewood! Com certeza, quando voltar a Londres ficarei lá.

Hotel muito bom e novo
Adorei o hotel, além de ser novo a decoração é super moderna e cool! Mas a localização para mim é um ponto fraco. O hotel conta com dois bons restaurantes e uma area externa muito bacana para tomar um drink.

Bom, mas não correspondeu minha expectativa
A localização do hotel é bem central , para quem pretende fazer muitos passeios a pé em pontos turísticos principais de Londres e super próximo ao comércio da Oxford street. Quarto bem confortável, mas acho que pelo valor da diária , o hotel deixa a desejar, reservei um quarto para 4 pessoas , na reserva esta especificado 2 camas tamanho queen, pensei que seriam como nos rua,mas quando cheguei as camas eram praticamente Tam viúvo, muito apertado para acomodar 4 pessoas, portanto não recomendo para 4 pessoas o quarto, tivemos que colocar uma cama extra e juntar as 2 camas para melhor nos acomodar. O hotel tem uma arquitetura e decoração lindas e é bem charmoso. Os funcionários bem atenciosos em especial o Davi que fala português . Mas realmente pelo valor da diária esperava mais conforto e mimos. Como alguns hotéis de luxo fazem , preparando as camas a noite , deixando um biscoito ou um docinho. E para quem tem crianças elas iriam gostar dos animais que o hotel possui como passarinhos e cachorro no saguão.

Terrible experience
Paid a premium rate for a luxury hotel without any of the premium or luxury associated with a $1,000/night room. When we arrived there was no one to greet/welcome or help us. We had to unload all our luggage from our taxi without any help from anyone. I can get that kind of non service for $100/night. We were early to check in so they told us they would call when our room was ready. Around check in time I called them to get an update to our room, the operator could not get a hold of anyone from the front desk to get us an update on our room so she said they would call us back when someone was available (guess what we never got that call). So after a couple hours past check in we decided to just head back to the hotel anyways. When we finally got the key to our room we literally had to step through a soaking wet hallway. I wish I could load a video to show how disgusting it was to walk to and from our room on our stay. The smell was disgusting. Every time we walked out our door or from the elevator on to our floor we got hit with the smells of a locker room. We had to cover our noses and hold our breathe. Just absolutely gross. Anytime we needed a taxi we had to find one ourselves. The front door men just stood around, not acknowledging our existence or offering any kind of help. What a absolute waste of money. Stay somewhere else unless you’re into over paying for really bad customer service and smelly, wet carpet is your thing

During your departure, we had understood otherwise and I am truly sorry as we should have been more proactive in letting you know how sorry we were that your experience was far from what anybody would expect from us. Allow me to provide some insight to the situation that resulted in your inexcusable experience. At the time of your arrival, the hotel was in the midst of handling an emergency situation caused by the activation of our sprinkler system due to activity by another guest. I can assure you, that this experience was not reflective of the usual high service standard and experience that are provided from us at Rosewood London. First time staying at rosewood
First time staying with rosewood. Staffs are very kind and welcoming. Hotel is kinda old. Food is great. Saw a pillow from IKEA is a bit shocking. I thought rosewood is way better than this. And fire alarm went off on a cold Sunday morning is really disturbing.

5 stat disappointment
This hotel used to be my favorite, but now this hotel has become.a bit of disappointment. The room had a very small window and the staff failed to clean the room as requested. When we asked for still water, sparkling water was delivered twice. The turn down service was provided quiet late around 9 PM which made our sleep inconvinient. Overall this beautiful hotel is not what it used to be. Not sure if we will go back.for the price we paid.

It was an AMAZING stay. We went in holidays seasons, and all were decorated so beautiful and christmasy. Service was TOP, the hotel is beautiful. 100% recommended.

My girlfriend and I live in New York and were familiar with another Rosewood Hotel, The Carlyle, which was what motivated us to book this hotel. It is located in a very central area only steps from the British Museum and within walking distance to other attractions/major neighbourhoods. The concierge and the rest of the hotel staff were friendly. There is a nice restaurant and an interesting jazz bar - The Scarfes.
