This is a pleasant guest house in a good location, 5 minutes' walk to both the Northern Line Underground and stops for No 1 Buses, which can take you straight to the centre of Camden and London. Also nearby, there are several local shops for anything you might need. The lady running this is very nice.
However, the Guest house is rather basic, with poorly decorated rooms and basic fallacies. I stayed in 2 rooms because the shower in the first (Room 7) barely worked, so I moved to Room 1 for the 3rd & 4th nights. The bedroom, especially the bathroom, was very cramped, but at least the shower worked.
Although the location is quiet, there could be noise from other guests talking and moving about, and especially the doorbell, which was heard being rung several times, including at 11:30 at night.
Breakfast was good, with plenty to eat; however, the ingredients were basic, and I didn't like sitting next to the small, open kitchen where it was prepared, stacked with dirty plates and pans left from breakfast to be washed up later.
OK guest house and breakfast, in a good location, but I was very disappointed as it didn’t match what I expected from an accommodation, which is meant to be a 9.4 Exceptional.
