Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift. There is a private terrace for your enjoyment (smoking is not allowed). There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with queen size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom, second full accessible from hall and 1 WC accessible from hall. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets Allowed (fees apply).
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

It is just minutes from the British Museum where you can visit a vast collection of artefacts and art from around the world. The neighbourhood is home to endless opportunities for culture, food, drink, arts and live entertainment in London. You can easily explore one of London’s distinct neighbourhoods by foot, including Chinatown, Covent Garden or Piccadilly Circus. In the mood for some live theatre? Walk to the West End district where you will a countless number of theatres playing the hottest musicals and comedy acts. No trip to London would be complete without a visit to the lively Camdentown neighbourhood, where you will find shopping opportunities galore. Allow your taste buds to take a trip around the world by visiting the Camden international market where you will find scrumptious treats from countries from all over the globe.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provided for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

I loved everything and would book again. The flat is very nice and clean and centrally-located. The host takes a deposit via the card and it was returned pretty quickly too. Really a good choice for everyone.

Amenities were fine, location was great the flat as a whole was very comfortable. The biggest issue was thermostat control in the flat. The master control was locked and the issue took 24 hours to get resolved. Other than that, great stay.

Location was great. Very walkable to the popular sites. 4 flights of stairs are a big walk. May be difficult if taking older adults. We had a lot of luggage so it took a while to bring up and down. Also, near eating areas so it was noisy at night. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise a great stay.

The host was unable to fix the multiple issues: heating didn't work, stove didnt work, bathroom sink handle missing for hot water and worst of all, no wifi. Had to walk 10 min to get keys, and the host kept saying they were expediting the issues but never did anything. I cant believe they wouldnt call me or just get over to fix the issues.The unit itself was a nice space, but unfortunately, it is obvious they just dont care enough.

This is a very nice apartment. The location is fantastic - close to tube stations and a short walk to the British Museum. It’s in a lively neighborhood. There are stairs to climb so if that’s an issue, take note. But if not this is a very nice place with plenty sleeping space and 2 full bathrooms plus a toilet. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property and would stay there again. The location was excellent in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant options. It was quiet and felt very safe. We had a great stay and had ample room for the 5 of us girls on our girls trip. Perfect location and we could easily walk to so many things. Very clean and comfortable stay. Like other reviews, the only downside is having to pick up and drop off key in separate location(luckily our Uber drivers were ok to make pit stops and we just paid them extra) and having to carry our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs was no easy task. There is no AC, but once we opened some windows and turned on fans we were all comfortable. With that being said, I would still stay here again. Quick to respond and communicate which is nice!

This was a great place to stay in London, very centrally located in the heart of Fitzrovia. It was large and clean and well-furnished, recently renovated with a clean Ikea-ish vibe, with plenty of space for us and our three teenage kids. No AC but fans were provided, which was crucial during the heat wave. Not for people with problems with stairs, though (there are four flights). Key pickup was also a bit inconvenient, a 10-minute walk away in the opposite direction most people would be going (Tottenham Court Rd. Elizabeth line stop), but otherwise really great option for staying with a large group in central London. Would highly recommend and we'd stay here again if we came with the kids.

Great place. Centrally located. 2 Large bedrooms and a large bed in a curtain contained 3rd sleeping option. The real gem for us was the patio space and double sliding doors. It created a nice indoor outdoor feel on on of the hottest days in London. Fans kept the place cool and comfortable. We would definitely return here

Charlotte St is great!
We loved this flat - very roomy and comfortable. Good bathrooms with walk-in showers. I chose it mainly for the neighborhood which I love. The only small complaint is that it would be nice to provide a few basic things like coffee and tea, also laundry detergent. We would certainly stay here again.

Impossible comms with property manager and VRBO. Truly terrible.
The property was lovely, in a nice neighborhood, and perfect for my needs. The booking process with the property manager was the stuff of nightmares. Unresponsive to anything I sent, unwilling to talk on the phone when I asked them and VRBO for a new way to connect since the messages weren’t working. Really an absurd booking experience.

The apartment was very nice. It’s in a good area of town and lots of restaurants and the tube stations all around.
Only thing is it’s 4 flights of stairs with your luggage. So people need to be in shape and it’s three blocks to get the keys to the apartment. So take the time to understand what you have to do to get the keys Important
