Whether you are visiting the nearby NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, working in the area, or simply exploring north-west London, this is a well-equipped and inviting home from home.

Guests return to this property for its spotless, hotel-quality finish, its excellent transport links into central London via the Jubilee line, and the ease and flexibility of lockbox self-check-in. With free on-street parking, fast Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, and room-darkening blinds throughout, the maisonette is equally well suited to short breaks and longer working stays alike.

The living spaces downstairs are bright and generous, with a large wall-mounted smart TV for relaxed evenings in and a glass dining table for four tucked neatly into a bay window — a lovely spot for a meal together or a quiet morning coffee. A carpeted staircase leads up to the sleeping accommodation above, creating a clear and comfortable separation between the living and resting areas of the home. The overall feel is fresh and contemporary, with coordinated bedding, warm bedside lighting, and thoughtful finishing touches throughout that give every room a calm, settled quality.


The Layout

Living area
The lounge is spacious and well-lit with generous floor space and a large wall-mounted smart TV, making it a comfortable spot to unwind at the end of the day. The adjacent dining area features a glass table for four set beside a bay window, offering a pleasant setting for meals together.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, fitted with gloss grey cabinets, marble worktops, and under-cabinet lighting for a stylish yet practical finish. Stanmore is a leafy and well-connected residential neighbourhood in the London Borough of Harrow, approximately 12 miles north-west of central London. The property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a calm and peaceful base with a genuine neighbourhood character. Local shops, cafes, and restaurants are available along Stanmore Broadway, a short distance from the property.

For guests visiting for medical reasons, the NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) on Brockley Hill is located close by — one of the UK`s leading specialist orthopaedic hospitals. Aspire Leisure Centre, a fully accessible leisure and fitness facility, is situated on the same site and is open to visitors and the public.

Getting around is simple and straightforward:
• Stanmore Underground Station (Jubilee line terminus): approximately 25 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by bus (142), or 5 minutes by car
• NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), Brockley Hill: approximately 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot; the 324 bus from Stanmore Station stops directly outside the hospital entrance
• Central London (Bond Street): approximately 30 minutes from Stanmore by Jubilee line
• Brent Cross Shopping Centre: approximately 20 to 25 minutes by bus (142)
• Watford Junction: approximately 35 to 40 minutes by bus (142) from Stanmore Broadway

Free on-street parking is available near the property with no permits required, making it easy to reach by car as well.

Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
