Enjoy staying in the heart of London’s Islington area with this lovely 4-bedroom, 100 square meters apartment located on the ground floor of a secure residential building without an elevator. Self check-in starting from 3 :00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.

Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

All bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets, available via hallway. One is located on the first floor, the other one is on the second floor. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location, ust a short walk from Exmouth Market, a lively area filled with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. The iconic Smithfield Market is also nearby, offering a great local vibe. You’re close to cultural spots like the Museum of London and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Getting around is easy with several metro stations close by, including Farringdon, and Clerkenwell Green is just a few minutes away as well. he apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living room was lovely, a great space to relax after a day of exploring.

Great place!

We had an excellent stay at this property, scoring it a perfect 10/10. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a short walk away. The area was quiet, safe, and easily accessible by bus and tube. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The four bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy, and the spacious living room was perfect for relaxing. The garden was a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful outdoor space. I highly recommend this property for its great location, comfort, and amenities. Everything we needed was right there, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Ruined our trip to London

We traveled from the USA for our holiday. Spent 5 nights in Scotland and 4 nights in London. Arriving at this flat the neighborhood seemed quiet, however entering the flat was the smell was of body odor. We were traveling with 5 adults and 1 ten year old and opening the door the living room could only seat 3 people total and kitchen only 2 comfortably. So to sit as a family and talk in the evenings was difficult as 3 people had to either sit on the floor or stairs. The second floor bathroom was what one would find in a travel trailer the shower was so tiny the men in our group could not fit, and forget shaving your legs. The toilet in that bathroom the handle was broke so you had to take the lid off and pull the arm up to flush, and the door handle fell off each time the door opened and closed. The bedrooms were small and very uncomfortable. What sealed the deal for us and caused us to leave the flat early and spend the last night in a hotel not in the flat we paid for was the neighborhood kids and the neighbor. Kids ran around at night throwing items at the flats breaking windows and glass doors and glass balcony barriers. One balcony they shattered the man came out and began cussing at everyone around that we did not stop the kids, he got mad a one woman who when he went and dragged a kid to see if it was them began cussing her out f—king c-nt. It seemed every night there was some kind of argument among partners, so the last day we packed up and went to a hotel. Stay away.
