Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flamesāthis includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiatorsāuse the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clearāthese are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

Unique and cosy flat
Sweet space to have as a home base in London. Very comfortable and cosy. There are narrow winding steps down to the somewhat hidden location, which makes it challenging to carry luggage up and down. Great neighborhood and easy walk to Paddington, Baker Street, and Notting Hill.

Perfect location. Super comfortable
This property is in such a great location - a short walk from Paddington or Royal Oak stations & with the canal ride to Camden from the end of the street. It had everything I needed for eating in, or a great local pub for eating out, and the most comfy bed.

Not For Everyone
Have stayed in rentals for the last 5 weeks and only given 5 star reviews, but felt pretty cheated by this stay. I hurt myself quite badly on a hidden stone ledge that was not marked or mentioned in the listing. Look out for this. Management had also left only three coffee pods for two people for three days, and the toilet paper was soaked through with a mystery dirty substance and we couldnāt use it. There wasnāt another one. A very nice man named Eric addressed all of these concerns immediately. Thanks go out to him. The smallness of the space was expected and no problem, but itās a bit shabbier than the images, and the longer we were there, the more we realized that it simply doesnāt contain basic things that adults need, and that come standard in other rentals. Brought home a very nice bottle of wine to find wine glasses but no corkscrew? Also no dish drain or anywhere to put cleaned dishes. Reached out to management about these missing items and nobody ever responded to us. There are some other small things, like the TV screen is damaged, and this warps the screen somewhat when watching. Just not what you expect for the price, really. Renters should also know that this is a corporation with dozens of properties in London, and that was clear in the experience. The closeness to the canal is really great, washer and dryer are fab, bed is comfy, and I think if you are only sleeping there, it would be greatābut itās quite expensive for that IMO.

Great London location
Perfect flat for two people in a great location! Easy access from Paddington station, everything we needed! We had a little mishap leaving something behind after locking up- could have been stressful, but within minutes we were able to resolve the problem!

Wonderful Cozy Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood
We had a great stay here. It was nice and quiet, a close walk along the canal to pubs and restaurants, and a short walk to three different tube stations (Paddington, Royal Oak, and Warwick).
It is small, but perfect for a couple looking to explore London.

Great quiet location by Paddington and Little Venice
I loved my stay here. Apartment had everything I needed. Including washer and dryer which worked great. Bed was very comfy and the apartment came with all necessities. perfect budget place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
