The hotel is ideal for any gigs at the 02 arena, as it's an easy walk. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and breakfast was great. Parking was £25 for 25 hours and we sorted in advance, so that was easy.
After a four hour journey ( instead of 1.5 hours, due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed southbound that weekend, which we hadn't realised) check in was swift. Unfortunately when we opened the door it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned, with unmade bed and towels on the floor. Back to be reception, where to be fair they apologised and sorted a different room - which was ready.
Hotel looks a bit tired though, so whilst rooms were fine and clean it could all do with a bit of a refresh. Would stay again though just because of the location.
