Very Nice hotel, Good transport to central London, 20 minutes by train.nice breakfast , Good staff, specially Vicky, Thereza tramlink stops 100 meters frontal Thereza hotel. It is good if You arrive by Gatwick. Train direct to East croydon And in front of the train station, You get the tramlink And get off next stop at George atrever.

Nice Hotel
Despite being a straight line between East Croydon train station and the Hotel, people who we asked when arriving at the train station did not know its location. We spent 1 hour in a 10-minute journey dragging our bags walking in circles because people could not explain where it was. Nice hotel, clean room, wi-fi internet and breakfast included. Once we arrived there we had no difficulty to visit the main tourist sites of London using public transportation. It is 16 km (10 miles) from Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Some options of restaurants in the area and express markets. If you are using low cost airlines, a taxi costs 86 pounds(Stansted Airport).

Ótimo hotel
Hotel muito bom! Recepção cortes e solícita, todas as necessidades foram sanadas rápida e educadamente. Café da manhã de bom nível e bem servido até mesmo após o horário de enceramento. O bairro é um pouco afastado do centro, mas o metrô é próximo e de fácil entendimento. Mesmo voltando do centro após a meia noite tanto o metrô como o bairro são muito seguros, cuidado apenas para o horário do último trem para Croydon. Resumindo é uma ótima opção de hospedagem para quem quer fugir das tarifas dos hoteis do centro de Londres e não tem problema de encarar um ótimo serviço de metrô.

Hotel é perfeito apesar de distante do centro
O hotel é fantastico, instalações, equipe, café da manhã ótimo. Contudo, o hotel é um pouco distante do centro, apesar de estar a poucos metros da estação de trem e do tramlink, ele fica dentro da zona 5, o que torna necessario a compra de um passe de transporte mais caro. Mas, adoramos nossa estadia.

My prominent memory is friendly staff
The best asset of this hotel is the staff- particularly Nicky who greets everyone at breakfast as though they are her personal guests. Good location for links to central London.

Weekend Stay
It was an ok stay for the weekend, the only thing is that the hotel was on a side street as if deliveries could be made to stores which I did not like and there was not sufficient parking, it was on a first come first serve basis (6 bays). They did have some drilling going on in the hotel which I found quite inappropriate especially if you are a paying guest. overall the staff were very nice and so was the breakfast.

The staff were lovely, when you could get their attention. Late check in, rang the buzzer but got no ones attention though I could see three staff members. Two watched us (from the reception desk) walk over to the bar but no one came over to serve us a drink (until 10 minutes later when I went and got someone). The next morning called for an extra towel and it took an hour to get (two towels left for three people in a room). Sofa bed un-level; higher in the middle than both ends - comfortable otherwise. Toilet flush needed pumping a few times before I would go.

Basic hotel - being refurbed!
Hotel was being refurbished - which was not advertised until arrival. First room stank of glue fumes (new carpet). Got moved and the second room was ok. Hotel is very tired and dilapidated. Rooms have basically no soundproofing - I heard literally every word from next door. Breakfast was not great - build a bap, sausage/bacon/scrambled egg/beans were the hot options. No veggie or vegan alternatives for the hot food. Had to ask for soya milk every day. Orange/apple juice machines were always empty. Croissants and baps were hard/dry; but the mini muffins and sliced bread were ok. Not amazing, but not awful. I wouldn’t rush back.

Kein Business Standart.
Sehr schlechter Geruch auf allen Etagen. Geruch zwischen Biergestank und Marihuana. Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Teppich dreckig. Unsichere Gegend. Ruhestörung durch kiffende Nachbarn. Internetstörungen haben uns gezwungen das hotel zu verlassen mit 2 Zimmern auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen.

Not going to stay here again.
I did not enjoy at all and would not recommend anyone to come and stay here. I had called twice requesting early check in because my flight was landing early so they told me to come at 10:30am but even then i reached at 11:45am and was told that the room is not ready. We waited until 2pm that is when our room was ready even then after booking for a double bed we find that we have been given a twin bed room. We informed the manager and he mentioned that double bed is up on availability which was not mentioned on the site. The staff was rude and not co operative.

Okay hotel
Stayed there for one night because my plane was cancelled and there was no rooms available near the airport. The hotel is very cheap. Quality and the price of the room match. The employees were polite and very helpful.

Rather satisfying stay
Staff excellent, willing and helpful. Comfortable beds, enough space. Rather clean and tidy (only few surfaces high and difficult to reach had dust) Breakfast was disappointing. Minimum quantity, restricted variety, low quality, not enough plates and cutlery (we had to wait to wash the dirty ones). Coffee was excellent and plenty though. Direct access to city center and major train station. Easy transport to central London

Not a good stay!
The only good thing about the hotel was the staff. On my first day, it took me over an hour to find the car park because it was not located anywhere next to the hotel. I also wasn’t aware that I would have to pay for parking separately which ended up being about £16 in total. When I got to the room it was cold and I had to request an electric heater. On day two, my friends and I went down for breakfast and as I went to spread my bread I realised it was mouldy which the staff on duty didn’t seem too bothered about. When going out of the hotel, there was a lot of rubbish dumped by the bins and it looked extremely dirty. The vending machine inside the hotel stated that everything in the machine was £1 but when I selected something it was £2.50 per item. Despite this, some of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

On a réservé deux chambres communicantes. On se retrouves 2 nuits séparées car soit disant y en avais pas ( reservation faites 2 mois a l avance) Propreté se laisse désirer. Le petit dejeuner pas de choix et pas assez de place. Enfin maivaise expérience pour nous. Je ke le recommande pas

Good family hotel
I booked One room for 3 adults with one bed and one sofa bed but turned out that room was not going to accommodate more than two adults. I then asked for additional room for the third adult which they provided Very quickly at a good rate on the same floor . All hotel staff was very friendly. We felt very at home there.

Stayed there 4 nights didn’t change the sheets until the last night. First day didn’t clean the room. Tried to blame me for carpet stains I didn’t do.
